Dacıa Duster
In the Roadshow 2018 project, where we brought together VR and AR for the first time in the world, we aimed to discover a product while curiosity was experiencing an unrealistic experience in the real world.
The project won silver and bronze in the Brand Experience and Marketing Campaign Automotive category at the Stevie Awards, Bronze MIXX in the Out-of-Home Digital category at the MIXX Awards, Silver MIXX in the Experimental Innovative category, and in the Brand Experience and Activation Department and Media Department’ at the Felis 2018 Awards. and 1 Crystal Apple at the 30th Crystal Apple Advertising Awards.
At the end of the 12-city tour covering Antalya, Gaziantep, Adana, Kayseri, Ankara, Trabzon, İzmir, Eskişehir, Bursa, Tekirdağ, Kocaeli and Istanbul, 3500 people tested the new Dacia.
I contributed to the creative process of all scenarios of the project, including virtual reality and artificial intelligence configuration. We worked together with Awesome Broduction.
We assigned the real test modules used in testing SUV vehicles to real obstacles that we set up on the platform in the open air. Those who took the 2018 model of Dacia Duster on the open-air platform went for this ride with XR glasses. Drivers completed this driving test with XR glasses with an observer in the co-pilot’s seat.
In round 2, we built an Augmented/Mixed Reality experience with HoloLens and artificial intelligence.
